Riley wouldn't get concerned about too many things, but that poor little Obertaurer could definitely not be ignored. He got some of his very effective self-made medicine from one of the bags which he always kept for emergencies - and this was most definitely an emergency - and offered the pills to Paine, telling him those would help the young Obertaurer to recover faster and lower the risk of an infection, he'd only need to feed them to him. Of course he was speaking in the most trustworthy words he could think of, realising it wouldn't always be the smartest thing to accept pills from a stranger... but one could try to help at least? Being a genius could sometimes come in quite handy, too.
